Invitation to a Special issue on "Beneficial Microbiomes in Agriculture and Human Health: The Food Connection"
Dear colleagues,
the open-access journal Microorganisms (MDPI) is opening a special issue on "Beneficial Microbiomes in Agriculture and Human Health: The Food Connection”.
As Guest Editors, we kindly invite you to submit original research papers and reviews that provide newest insights into the structure and dynamics of the core microbiomes across the food system (from soil to plants, and from foods to human), to better investigate how we can use or manipulate microbiomes for achieving enhanced crop production and/or improving human health.
The deadline for manuscript submissions will be 30th November 2021 but all articles will be published individually and ongoing basis as soon as they are accepted.
